Made an anniversary card for my friend last night.

So I decided to sketch one thing a day to represent each track of Bogdan Ota's album Day of Wrath. Now I'm done with Mourning and Day of Wrath. Next challenge: Story of My Life.

Mourning

Sometimes some music strikes you as good at the beginning but as you listen to it more, you start to understand more about it and you want to cling to it like this is the only music that understands you. This is what I feel about Bogdan Ota's piano.

Catholic Chapel on U of T Campus

Walked by the chapel a while back. But only got a chance to sketch it out last night. The chapel stands quite out among the concrete buildings around the intersection.

Lunatic on Bus

There was a lunatic on the express bus this morning. A woman in her early 50s kept yelling at the bus driver to open the door and drop her off. She was wearing a black skirt, which reminds of me a crazy witch...

Was waiting for my friends to show up for our lunch get-together, so I decided to walk around the block of College and Spadina. Across the street from the Kensington Market, I spotted an interesting corner.

Riverdale Art Walk

Went to check out the annual Riverdale Art Walk at the Jimmie Simpson Park on Sunday. The weather was not co-operating. It showered every 10 minutes and eventually I had to run away.
